Or follow the below instructions

1. Insert a brand new AA battery (we use the energiser brand)

2. Turn the flash on by flicking the switch on the front of the camera. There is a little flash symbol that indicates whether its on or off.

3. Wait 5 - 10 seconds until the light on the top of the camera turns bright red.

4. Open the cameras back by releasing the lock by pressing the button on the left-hand side.

5. Take the film out of its protective canister and make sure it's facing the right way (usually with the glossy side facing up).

6. Push the lever up and insert the film.

7. Hold the film by the edges and insert it into the take-up spool on the left side of the camera. Advance the film so it hooks onto the grooves.

8. Close the back of the camera and keep winding until the film is locked into place

9.  Advance the film until the number "1" appears on the frame counter.

10. You are now ready to take pictures! Remember to advance the film after each shot.

To get the best out of your photos we highly recommend to use flash even on bright sunny days. Having the flash on at night time is a MUST, especially to get those fun party shots!

You can use a variety of different film including colour negative & black and white as long as it is 35mm film. 35mm film comes in either 24 shots or 36 - our camera is compatible with both.

You've got two options: get the film developed into digital scans and prints, or skip the prints and have the digital scans sent straight to your inbox. With the latter, you can keep all those memories safe and sound on your phone and show them off to on social media. So what are you waiting for? Drop off your film to your nearest film processing lab. Go to our 'developers near you' page to find the nearest store!

Once the lab receives your photos - turnaround times are between 1-5 business days (depending on the store). As soon as your photos are developed, they will most likely send you these shots via email or prints if you prefer.
